Baltimore, Maryland Area

- Created opportunities in the food-value chain that connected producers to community wholesale markets through Coordination logistics for farmer’s produce from North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland - Managed program data collection; and set community impact metrics that supported the Black Church Supported Agriculture Program, community gardens, and training - Identified, secured, and cultivated funder and donor relationships that generated over $600k within 3 years for the organization to help the organization reach its long-term goals

- Conducted a 6-month public outreach campaign at over 10 locations in Baltimore City for North Avenue Rising, a $27MM transportation project that will add bus shelters, transit signal priority technology to traffic lights, and streetscaping to satisfy ADA regulations - Led analysis of a food access proximity study to alleviate the food disparities in urban food deserts; led to recommendations of specific transit on the high-frequency routes from food deserts to grocery stores and proposed farmers’ markets at multi-modal transit hubs - Solicited Bus Operator feedback at 4 bus divisions with over 100 bus operators, to gather employee concerns and route challenges during monthly In-Reach sessions; included data points on potential service changes to customers
