Individual Consultant for organising National Dialogue on Women in Tech 2021 Pakistan.

Responsibilities Included:-•Lead program team and coordinate with the stakeholders and donors.•Support to develop the program implementation strategy and framework, TORs, and detailed plan of activities. •Ensure project implementation quality and further develop the programs in line with organization’s strategic direction and long-term planning; •Ensure the linkage between the project with other projects/programs.•Actively participate in, and provide inputs to, developing new concept notes/proposals and program strategies to ensure and maximize the potential resources and synergy •Build and maintain effective partnerships and networks with relevant technical groups, civil society groups, NGOs and government for effective implementation and scalability of the project; •Regularly coordinate and collaborate with other sector/thematic teams to strengthen programmatic synergies and impact;•To play an active role in planning, designing, implementation, supervision, expansion/development and administration of overall organization's programs in collaboration with the senior leadership team, in addition to program development and reporting responsibilities.•Development of project proposals for major donors and Work closely with Program Officers to manage the programs to ensure their objectives are being met and impact achieved.•Proactively oversee all projects through all components of the project management cycle working closely with Program Coordinators and Officers to identify areas for quality improvement and initiate communication between technical, operations and finance leads.

Responsibilities Included:• Visit each consultation and collect information/recording of information as appropriate and convenient during Generation Equality Mexico Forum.• The Rapporteur is responsible to provide the UN WOMEN MEXICO with a comprehensive report with useful and relevant necessary information analysis to enable the forum to arrive at decisions.• Collection of information/data of each consultation;• Preparation of a report which contains analysis of information/data to reflect perception of speakers• Identifying and framing issues raised by participants

Responsibilities Included:•Launch a call for application for Women United for Digital Rights Network membership in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.•Select 25 women/girls human rights defenders in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.•Conduct introductory dialogue about the network activities via telephone/ face to face meetings with the selected members of network.•Perform the role of facilitator between the network and DRF for planned activities.•Make all logistics arrangement for trainings and refresher sessions for network members in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.•Communicate with project head for project related work.•Act as a trouble shooter in case any network member face cyber harassment or digital security threat.

● Provide assistance to lead facilitator for training on Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2010 to students, civil society organizations and government representatives.● Develop training material and IEC.● Conduct pre and post evaluation tests from the participants.● Assist in the development of training report.
