Front Office Manager
Current- Responsible for supervising and administering the operation of the Front Office/Reservations department.
- Responsible for employee staffing, training, reservation management, report preparation and guest relations.
- Develop guest check in/out posting procedures.
- Reconcile OTA reservations (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)
- Responsible for “Heartbeat” scores related to guest satisfaction.
- Utilizing the Opera, HelloGM and Concerto programs.
