▫️Part of Strategic Relationship management team looking after sovereign and GRE accounts in UAE.▫️Managing a team of 7 Relationship Manager▫️Acquire new customer and book the company’s operating accounts, Wakala deposits & investments for Islamic and handling managing the portfolio of AED 1.9 billion▫️ Book current account balances and generate risk free annuity income▫️Adhere to sales and pipeline building techniques▫️Give product presentations to customers at multiple levels▫️Negotiate pricing and ensure that all appropriate legal paperwork is complete prior to service activation.▫️Interacting with customers directly and indirectly to resolve their queries/ grievances in coordinatingwith various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.▫️Responsibilities include handling customer’s complaints personally and through phones, rectification of errors, Processing Salary transfers of Corporate and other current account holders, Issuances of drafts and cashier orders.▫️Have a clear understanding of all products and the legal parameters within which the product operates from the Banks legal framework and in keeping with the Central Banks guidelines.▫️Work closely with product and product support to deepen existing relationships through cross+ selling▫️Service existing relationships to capture increased business, utilization, and share of wallet.
