There's something truly magical about transforming a customer's frustration into a sigh of relief. That's what I strive for in my work. My journey in customer service started with my job at DARAZ Bangladesh. I was also nominated as a Point of Contact (POC), who works as the acting Team Leader, based on performance. Led a customer service team of 80 people. Mentored and trained newly appointed agents as part of their onboarding process. I was a fresh graduate but those days taught me the importance of patience, active listening and problem-solving.At DARAZ Bangladesh, I worked in a fast-paced environment, serving up to 100+ customers daily. I honed my product knowledge and complaint resolution skills, always aiming to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
