   Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and to ensure accuracy of information & calculations before taking approval to prepare the payments.  Prioritize invoices according to payment terms. Audit & process credit card bills (G.M& D.G.M) Set invoices up for payment& Process cheque requests. Prepare and process other accounts payable cheques. Obtain all signatures needed for the cheques. Reconcile& audit vendor statements and correct discrepancies.  Assist in month end closing.  Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date(Payables& Receivables)  Resolve invoice discrepancies. Vendor files maintenance. Correspond with vendors & respond to enquiries. Entering expenses reports to the petty cash control. Prepare monthly banks reconciliations. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems & procedures. Helping in closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit. Preparing staff salaries, labor wages & Transferred by WPS system. Preparing staff Personal files & HR documents. In charge of trade & labor cases related to the company & have the knowledge of the UAE labor law. Preparation of VAT Invoices, filing quarterly returns and processing payments.
