Md. Shawkat Alam Faisal is an LL.B (Hons.) Graduate, pursuing LL.M (International Law) at the Department of Law, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He is an Apprentice Lawyer at the Bangladesh Bar Council.He has worked on 4 research papers as an author, published one in the International Journal of Law Management & Humanities (Volume-7, Issue-4) and presented another at the International Conference on Human Rights and Social Justice 2023. He is a reviewer of Law and Society Students' Journal (LSSJ). He has more than 150 articles published in various newspapers, magazines, blogs, etc. He graduated from the 9th Winter School on Genocide Studies organized by the Liberation War Museum. He has completed internships at Amikus Qriae, Unique Law, Journal of Legal Research and Juridical Sciences, De Jure Nexus Law Journal, Jus Corpus Law Journal, and Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs. He has taught in the Nobojagoton Shikkha Niketon for 3 years.He was the Joint Secretary of the RU Chapter of the Young Group of the Center for International Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Researcher at Rajshahi University Moot Court Society. He had been the Research and Development Secretary of the Nobojagoron Foundation and a Research Assistant at the Youth Research Association. He has served as the Chief of Information and Data Analysis of the Hult Prize at the University of Rajshahi. He has worked on 2 Social Action Projects at Youth Ending Hunger and CCD Bangladesh under the British Council. He was a member of the Rajshahi University Model United Nations Association; a Content Writer and a Campus Ambassador of Psycure Organization and Aini Pathshala.Some of his achievements are: 1.
