I have multiple background experiences from manufacturing , healthcare and agriculture. The dominant time has been spent around manufacturing and operations management . My strong suits include : Project Management , Kaizen , Six Sigma , Culture building , Leadership team building , mentorship 5s program establishment , KPI measure and execution strategies and Process Improvement teams.I worked through the ranks of starting materials handler to Shift Supervisor and eventually Production Manager .I became responsible for the tactical management of a 24/7 pvc sheet extrusion facility employees in 2012 .Along the way I have challenged myself educationally by working towards my Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor focus on human sociological interaction ( graduation date of 2018) . I have also received formal training certificates from Penn State University business management programs , OSHA , The Acuity Institute , NEPIRC ( North East Professional Industry and Resource Center) , I obtained an ASQ CQIA certificate from The American Society for Quality in 2008 .I enjoy the people and tactical management sides of my current post as Manufacturing Manager for Sekisui-SPI Holland . I can use my education and training along with natural instincts to work with people , build them up and engage them in safety , quality and productivity measures.
