I have extensive experience in various roles within the retail and customer service industry. I began my career in my family-owned businesses, where I worked as a cashier and eventually took on managerial responsibilities. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the daily operations of the business.In the summer of 2019, I had the opportunity to work as a recreational aide in the Park's and Recreation department in Oakley, California. This role allowed me to interact with the community and organize recreational activities, further enhancing my communication and organizational skills.Following that, I joined Lucky's Supermarket company as a multi-purpose clerk, where I performed a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. This position honed my problem-solving abilities and taught me how to adapt to different responsibilities effectively.Later on, I transitioned to the role of a sales consultant at AT&T, where I gained valuable experience in sales and customer relationship management. I developed strong persuasion and negotiation skills while assisting customers with their telecommunications needs.Simultaneously, I pursued my education as a full-time student, supporting my family's businesses. During this time, I also worked as an ABA therapist, providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism. This experience allowed me to develop empathy, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Furthermore, I worked as a customer service representative, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, I gained experience as a server, where I cultivated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.To further my educational pursuits, I obtained associate degrees in psychology and liberal arts from Los Medanos College.
