Selected to represent the US Army at the Army War College Fellowship program at the College of William & Mary as part of the graduate program for Public Policy. Provided valuable insight and related experiences related to performance management, organizational management, US Department of Defense, budget policy-making, International Development and Social Network Analysis.Authored a strategic research paper intended for publication on the subject of NATO and the country of Georgia relations in light of Russia as an adversary.

Chief Information Operations Officer for 4th Infantry Division which includes approximately 22,000 Soldiers and civilians. The principal staff officer for all matters concerning command, control and communications operations. Advises the commanding general, staff, and subordinate commanders on communications. Responsible for communications network management and operations, information management, information assurance, computer network defense through full spectrum military operations. Leads the division's modernization programs related to mission command and communications.

Represented the Commanding General and staff of the NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A) daily at the International Security Assistance Force for Afghanistan which leads the United Nations and NATO's security mission in Afghanistan to train the Afghan National Security Forces. Liaised between both Commands to communicate and coordinate each others activities. Worked to achieve mutual understanding. During incident or disaster management, served as the primary contact for NSOCC-A while responding to the situation. Provided subject matter expertise of NSOCC-A. Provided face-to-face coordination between the senior leadership of each organization.

Chief Information Operations Officer for the Special Operations Joint Task Force-Bragg. The principal staff officer for all matters concerning command, control and communications operations. Advised the commanding general, staff, and subordinate commanders on communications. Responsible for communications network management and operations, information management, information assurance, computer network defense through full spectrum military operations. Planned and managed the development of the training facility for preparing Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Civilians for deployment to the NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan.

Chief Information Operations Officer for US Special Operations Commands expeditionary command and control element responsible for short-notice, global deployment to provide command and control as required. The principal staff officer for all matters concerning command, control and communications operations. Advises the director, staff and subordinate commanders on communications. Responsible for communications network management and operations, information management, information assurance, computer network defense through full spectrum military operations. Coordinated communications interoperability with coalition partners and all military services.

Chief Information Operations Officer for US Army Special Operations Commands Psychological Operations Group consisting of approximately 2000 Soldiers and Civilians responsible for global military information support operations. The principal staff officer for all matters concerning command, control and communications operations. Advises the Commander, staff and subordinate commanders on communications. Responsible for communications network management and operations, information management, information assurance, computer network defense through full spectrum special operations. Planned communications connectivity for numerous combat and humanitarian assistance deployments.
