Lead the design, development, implementation, management, and assessment of leadership and employee development curricula for the Agency.Develops new course and seminars which meet the specifications of the instructional strategy for solving training problems, or strengthening Agency’s training program, including development of course objectives, course manuals, selections of instructors, and post-course assessment tool.Assist in the identification of innovative approaches to instructional design by creating and testing new techniques for analysis of needs.
