• Review Financial Statements and Property Inspections within an assigned portfolio consisting of approx. 300+ loans; Multifamily, Hotel, Healthcare, Office and Retail loans totaling $5 billion in originated loan value and $8 billion in collateral value comprised of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD, Life Company and CMBS (Wells Fargo, Midland, KeyBank, BoA, etc.) products.• Analyze financial statements and property inspection reports within the assigned portfolio. • Assess and assign risk designations on loans within the assigned portfolio and communicate extraordinary /significant risk issues to senior management. • Provide timely reporting to Investors/Master Servicers and Senior Management. • Monitor Borrower compliance with loan documents, take appropriate enforcement actions when and as necessary. • QC third-party multifamily physical inspections and conduct the inspections for properties in high risk pool.
