Worked as a Regulatory Affairs Paralegal Manager for Ameriprise for ten months. Worked with a team to ensure regulatory practices were maintained and followed in accordance with State and FINRA laws. Regularly assisted in branch exams for Ameriprise Franchises all over the country at the Ameriprise Headquarters location. Also assisted in day to day operations to ensure practices were not only effective, but commonly improved upon to save time and money for the organization.

Served for over five years as a Sergeant in the United States Army. I worked as a Paralegal in litigation both for the Government and the Trial Defense Services (TDS). I commonly assisted 5-7 attorneys and a case load anywhere from 10-25 cases at any given point. The breadth of work I accomplished there included over 5000 administrative and judicial actions.

I worked for over five years as both a Supervisor and Host while working between three difference Bakers Squares. I have learned a wide variety of leadership skills and how to accomplish the mission without rubbing off negatively on employees. I have been put in several situations where calm under pressure was paramount to getting the job done both in a timely fashion as well as qualitative measures being taken.

I worked for a few years between being a cashier and a customer service desk clerk. I handled large amounts of money on several occasions and was given a wide range of freedom and responsibility to improve upon the ways we handled customers and ran our employee schedules.
