Provide subject matter expertise to assist Tidal Basin Federal develop business opportunities and secure multi-year federal contracts. Previous assignment through December 2015 was to provide senior management to Tidal Basin’s joint venture – Vanguard Emergency Management. Serves as Vanguard’s Chief of Operations for FEMA’s Housing Inspection Services program. In this capacity I am responsible for all Field Operations, Call Center functions and Quality Control for a five year, $161 million, performance-based contract that requires strict adherence to daily inspection totals, quality control, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, trend identification and ISO 9001 continuous improvement.

Pre-merger BellSouth responsibility for National and Homeland Security activities, Law Enforcement Support, Corporate Business Continuity, Executive Protection, and International Security. Accomplishments include: - Implemented tools and technologies required for Business Continuity,- Emergency Response Coordinator responsible for TSP, GETS, WPS program maintenance.- Directed Corporate Business Continuity Crisis Team response to hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma; managed specialized security firms to perform high-risk security operations.- Developed international security standards for offshore initiatives.- Conducted comprehensive physical security assessments of offshore locations.
