Additionally, I developed a comprehensive technology disaster recovery and business continuity system for the organization. I also managed all IS policies and governance, and reported IS risk management to the executive leadership. Furthermore, I successfully managed vendor relationships to ensure the organization received top quality and cost-effective third-party support.

During my time with WM Funds Distributor, Inc., I served as the top technical leader, supporting a large call center in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. I oversaw the WMFD IT Solutions Infrastructure team and was responsible for maintaining technology budgets, SDLC, data security, application support, and operational excellence. I also worked closely with vendors such as HP, Cisco, Microsoft, and many others on major projects that supported the business unit.Additionally, while working at WaMu, I held the role of technology lead for all IT projects. This involved presenting solutions and collaborating with senior management throughout the bank, as well as financial partners.
