Master Scheduling: Lead in the implementation of the Primavera Project Management software. Coordinate with the various departments to facilitate on-time production and deliveries. Act as the key bridge between sales, procurement, engineering, project management and manufacturing to ensure no-down time during production. On a daily basis, position requires working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Designers and manufacturing personnel. Create and maintain production schedules that support and align with the manufacturing and project requirements.  Responsible for the coordination and issuance of warranty work for all of the Resiance projects – 300 units. Scheduling with homeowners, condo boards/managers, trades and warranty technicians for all remedial warranty work and the application of projects with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Resolving homeowner and condominium corporation requests in a cost effective and efficient manner. Monitor and negotiate to completion outstanding warranty deficiency‘s. Statistically analyze trade and service resolutions and proficiency.
