Shawn is an accomplished, decisive, and energetic management professional who thrives on motivating people towards excellence. And October 2008, he was appointed as the Director of Operations. Shawn brings 23 years of experience in transportation, logistics and warehousing. As an Operations Manager with FedEx Express, Shawn achieved their highest corporate award for operational excellence, the “Five Star Award.” In addition, Shawn served as the Ramp Operations Training Manager during the implementation of the contract between United States Postal Service and FedEx Express. Since his departure from FedEx Express Shawn worked in Warehouse Operations for Kenco Group, Inc. With them he managed departments for two major accounts: Cummins, Inc. and Audiovox Corporation. Shawn received his BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, at their Cordova, TN. Campus. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycling and boating with his wife of 14 years as well as hunting and fishing.
