Conduct multiple source research to satisfy GEOINT problems.

Mr. DeLorme conducts research and analysis supporting DIA. He supervises four personnel in the day to day operation and manages the prioritization of incoming tasking to support the entire CTA office. He performs research and analysis using Communication Externals, imagery and other all source information for Command and Control and related facilities of selected countries. Mr. DeLorme also has conducted research and analysis supporting DIA’s Military Forces Analysis (MFA) Order of Battle Mission. He performed research and analysis using ELINT, imagery and other all source information for Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) and related facilities of selected countries. He also maintained EOB records in MIDB/GEMINI with accurate and timely intelligence.

As a research analyst Mr. DeLorme provides research support for an Intelligence Community Library Research Center utilizing open source and classified resources. He provides training on Research Center services and sources; assists with collection development; networks with partnering agencies to enhance sources and services; utilizes web resources, such as blogs and wikis, to communicate with coworkers and customers; and assists with marketing Research Center services. Mr. DeLorme also conducted research and analysis supporting DIA’s Cyber Threat Analysis (CTA) Mission. Deployed onboard four vessels providing Indications and Warning (I&W) for Naval, Air, and Ground radars in the Mediterranean Theater and the Arabian Gulf Theater in support of Battle Group Staffs conducting Operation Allied Force in Kosovo and Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom. Technical ELINT -- Analyzed ground-based, shipborne and unidentified radar emitters for numerous agencies to include NSA, ONI and the Navy. Accomplished in-depth all-source analysis to ascertain physical and electronic parameters of the radar and to verify and validate each Report. Familiar with all community ELINT tools - particularly with PASS and ESP.Developed qualification standards and certification program for establishment of new SAL and transfer of mission resulting in seamless transition.Verified, developed and implemented operations and analysis training documents and techniques for 16 personnel to establish comprehensive understanding of new capabilities of digital and analog equipment.Processed, analyzed and reported new and unusual ELINT emissions. Prepared over 30 Technical Signal Analyst Reports (TSAR) and over 100 Mission Summary Reports. Ensured database updates were made to include Wrangler, Kilting, EOB positional data, EPL, EWIRDB, as well as other national and local databases.
