Work closely with the executive director and senior management to design and implement all company marketing materials, develop campaigns, and manage all proofing, prepress, printing, payment and delivery of materials. Coordinate the marketing components of global corporate travel, to include conference booking and detailed arrangements, shipping of marketing materials, collateral inventory and troubleshooting.

Managed every component of the look and feel of a biweekly independent newspaper. Designed and/or directed the design of the paper itself, including cover concepts, booking and directing location photo shoots, worked with the sales team to create client-focused special issues. Devised and executed internal advertising campaigns. Designed client ads. Coordinated printing, Solicited bids for and negotiated printing services. Developed a design/production intern program, recruited, trained and managed interns. Managed the content and technical sides of ongoing and special-feature email marketing campaigns.
