Support the of a robotic assembly line and launch of a new facility in Brazil. Set up the proper quality checks to ensure that the customer requirements where maintained. Develop weld schedules and trained the personal on how to develop the proper weld schedule for different applications.

Support the Launch of several different production lines (rear floor, side sill, front structure, shot gun, and cowl side). Working with the design of the equipment to make sure it would be able to make a quality product. Work with the assembly engineers for any product changes that will affect the welding.

Help with the development of a plasma arc welding system to weld Stainless Steel roll formed pieces together.
