I have great management skills, I also have skills in managing any size maintenance crew, I have managed and budgeted over 500 rehab jobs throughout the Indianapolis area. I have excellent communication skills, and I am able to speak to residents as well as owners to ensure a smooth property management experience. Throughout my career I have acquired extensive office management and supervisory skills. I am capable of starting an office from scratch and/or bringing an office to its highest functioning ability, that is in any field, I have great coordination and management skills, which allows me to be flexible in any office environment. I am currently in the middle of a total lease up of newly acquired property, which is currently at 60% while construction is still being completed. My goal is to do the best job at all times and to keep my clients/customers satisfied.I am a hands on management company and I am the Ears and Eyes of my corporate office which is located in Utah. I owned my own company and successfully ran it for 18 years, very efficiently until I learned the hard lesson about having good employees, which lead me to where I am today wanting to give my best, understanding how valuable a good employee is.
