As co-founder, my primary responsibility is converting our vision, "...to make skills and knowledge more accessible...” into a sustainable product. These responsibilities included the planning and management of the technology and administrative process.

In this position, I worked on ReactJs and NodeJS-based applications. Depending on the project, my responsibilities also included communicating with the customers, conceptualizing the features, and developing the UX/ UI.

In this position, I operated on a vast spectrum of responsibilities. These include establishing and improving the company culture and communication in- between d4l and external stakeholders. The facilitation of retros, the organization of cross-functional teams, and the planning and conceptualisation of new projects.

In my position in the software team, I was involved in the development of various applications for web, desktop, and iOS, including responsibility for UX/UI designs. Furthermore, as the Product Owner of „YPTOKEY as a Service “ I shaped the blockchain core product into a more tangible application for potential customers. I worked closely with our CEO and CTO to design a sustainable and scalable business model and its associated applications.

In this position, I was in charge of developing a social media strategy and improving the existing customer feedback channels.

This project intended to develop a place where friends could follow their artistic interests. It included a yoga studio, a recording studio, a workshop facility, and a nightclub. It proved itself a valid business model by hosting an average of 200 people six nights a week. My responsibilities lay with the administrative functions and the technological resources.
