My role at Certified Construction and Restoration is business development, Sales and Marketing and overall company management. I started the business in 2009 and we have had continual growth yearly. I recently hired an operations manager to oversee the field staff, scheduling and project management so that I could focus on company growth, sales and marketing. My new role kicks off the first week of May 2014 and I am looking forward to the new challenges ahead. I am also very open for suggestions and strategies from other professionals. We are looking to build a sales and marketing team over the next 5 to 6 months and I am going to be working closely with this new extension of my business. We are also looking to expand into the Florida market and my role in that is going to be studying how our business would be a fit in that particular market. Overall business development along with controlled and calculated growth is what I believe my roll is going to shape up to be.
