Responsible for all aspects of Purchase Ledger for a multi-national, multi-currency, worldwide company (now part of the Pitney Bowes Group) using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains across 4 entities, from input (including staff expenses), VAT, approvals, BACS payment runs, nominal ledger reports, accruals and prepayments and all cash allocations for Sales Ledger through to bank reconciliations and cash flow. In addition, responsible for organising processes, documenting manuals, training and supporting teams for a range of successfully out-sourced financial projects to India.

The first point of contact, running the office for two partners which supported every aspect of their Vet Nurse College : all client contact, sales and purchase ledger, manual payroll, staff expenses, VAT returns, client databases, student enrollments and reports, organisation of training venues and specialist peripatetic staff, awards through the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and external funding though Government Departments.
