- Manage the operations of a multi-million dollar (annual) regional office. This work entails the direct management of three full-time staff, forty plus supervisors, and over four hundred part-time event staff.- Provide staffing plans, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, threat analyses, budgets, and direct management support for multiple clients in both the Public and Private Sectors. - Support the hiring of new employees, re-certification classes for existing employees, instructing specialized topic courses, and the monitoring of all liability and risk issues relating to RMC Events and the staff.- Manage entire business relationship for key clients, including the University of Virginia (John Paul Jones Arena, Athletics, Medical Center) and multiple regional clients, including business development and delivery.- Manage major events for very high profile entertainers and others including, among others,U2, Metallica, Lady GaGa, Dave Mathews Band, Sugarland, Bruce Springsteen, Brad Paisley, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, Phish, Rascal Flatts, The Grateful Dead, Van Halen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Taylor Swift, Elton John, George Strait, The Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, The Police, and Justin Timberlake.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a very fast passed fine dining restaurant. These responsibilities included the training of new staff, inventory control, food handling safety, design and implementation of new menu items and initiatives.- Provided solid revenue growth annually while helping to expand the existing customer base.
