I am currently an optician at Sam’s Club in the city of Southgate, Michigan. I have three years of experience as an optician. I am currently taking classes to acquire my ABO certification. I have exceptional interpersonal skills allowing me to communicate effectively with patients, clients, colleagues and customers to build trust and confidence. This has allowed me to acquire a large returning clientele at my current place of employment. I am passionate about providing superior customer service and reaching business goals.My husband and I were foster parents for 13 years; we have two biological children who are on their own now, fostered 27 children and adopted 5 of them. We currently have two teenagers, now in high school. I have extensive training and knowledge in dealing with children of all ages especially in a medical type setting (dental, optical, hospital).
