The traditional four-tiered European horseshoe-shaped auditorium lined with resonant wood and plaster provides unparalleled intimacy between the audience and the stage, with every seat computer-tested for the best possible sightlines. The facility also consists of a four-storey City Room facing University Avenue, a generous rehearsal room, ballet studio, box office entrance and back-of-house areas such as dressing rooms, wardrobe and instrument storage. The facility also accommodates some guest lounges such as sponsors' corporate lounge, president's council and founders' lounge. The building has underground parking for 196 vehicles.

PCL/Aecon Joint VenturePearson International Airport Terminal Development Project Stage IMississauga, ONBased in the field, assisted the superintendent, project engineer and project manager in producing, providing and coordinating all information necessary for the smooth running of the project.The Terminal Development Project was the cornerstone of Pearson International's 10-year, $4.4 billion overall airport redevelopment, the most ambitious airport project ever undertaken in Canada. Stage 1 of the program included the new Terminal 1 processor and apron control tower, ancillary works, a multi-storey parking garage that accommodates 9,000 vehicles, roads and bridges, both on-site and off-site, an automated people mover system, and utilities that include a central utilities plant.
