Rebuild the software development organization following the spin-off of the previous team. Work with internal recruiting to hire both full-time and contract resources. Oversee developers, analysts, vendors, and support personnel. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, development, and support of the Salesforce platform and all associated technologies. Work to increase the maturity and capacity of the engineering team through improved development, integration and deployment methodologies. Assist in triaging, mitigating, and documenting production issues and response plans. Mentor staff and implement training plans to improve capacity and general readiness.

As a member of the IT senior leadership team was responsible for helping define the 3-5 year technology and data strategy. Reporting directly to the CIO, I served in an advisory capacity by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills for financial analysis, decision briefs, and technology road map development. I collaborated across all departments and levels of the organization to mitigate operational deficiencies and enable informed technical decisions ensuring the long-term viability and success of the organization. As required, I both contributed to and led tactical response teams to address mission-critical projects and or issues that regularly involved the collection, assessment and evaluation of data from multiple sources.

I helped lead efforts to improve statistical reporting capacity through use of MS Azure, and contributed to multiple data cleanup initiatives. I researched leading technologies, communicated the need for proper architecture and design tenets, while defining and championing the adoption of systematic and practical enterprise architecture processes.

I managed a multi-disciplined team designed to address tactical and business critical needs of a high-priority business unit. I helped facilitate the career progression of several direct reports while mentoring and training junior resources. I successfully led a project to integrate multiple key legacy applications improving audit readiness and reporting capabilities. I was responsible for the rapid delivery of projects from conception to implementation, the prioritization of initiatives with business stakeholders, while making solution recommendations for ongoing business deficiencies.
