Launched New York-based entertainment and media company. Produced, launched and hosted weekly talk shows featuring celebrity guests, current events, competitions, games and public opinion polls, with branded content, viewer interaction and a live audience. Partnered with Al Roker Entertainment and the co-creator of The Daily Show to market the format to digital and linear television distributors.

Managed business development for Worldview Entertainment, a leading independent motion picture studio and investment company. Worked on over a dozen films including Academy Award winner “Birdman” (Michael Keaton, Emma Stone, Edward Norton), “Wish I Was Here” (Zach Braff, Kate Hudson), “The Immigrant” (Joaquin Phoenix, Jeremy Renner), and “Joe” (Nicholas Cage). The company financed and produced theatrical quality feature films for worldwide distribution. The company provided equity and mezzanine capital for the independent film market, and invested across a film's capital structure and throughout its life cycle.

Managed the State Capitol Office for Texas State Representative Scott Hochberg. Responsibilities included conducting policy research; briefing and advising Representative Hochberg on policy issues; drafting legislation; meeting with constituents and lobbyists; editing the constituent newsletter; and working with staff for the Governor, other elected representatives, and state agencies.

Worked for this boutique communications firm. Managed the Natasha Kamrani for HISD campaign; managed production of direct mail for Houston City Council Member Carol Alvarado; assisted in production of a promotional film for Suzlon Wind Energy; worked on “Houston. Its Worth It” a grassroots campaign to promote Houston. Coordinated production and participated in creative production for a Rice University admissions film.

Managed first time candidate Natasha Kamrani’s successful bid for the HISD Board of Trustees. Supervised staff of three; developed campaign strategy; built grassroots volunteer organization; developed direct mail and communication materials; budgeted and appropriated campaign funds; coordinated public relations and developedcandidate’s message. We finished first in the general election to qualify for the runoff election. We won the runoff election.
