Lead all business operations for a portfolio of over 800 personnel; overseeing staffing and human resource management, facility operations, safety, budget and contracting. Spearhead university outreach, building partnerships to shape STEM programs to support Army needs and develop the next generation of scientists and engineers educated and trained to support the mission.
