Shawn Mcglothlin, Cem Email and Phone Number
Proven professional who loves to take on challenges, analyze and develop strategies, and then implement them to success. Since joining JPI, I have filed testimony on several system resiliency plans in Texas and supported clients in over 8 states with various regulatory and energy consulting requests. Drawing on nearly 29 years with Texas Instruments, I can lead, influence, and deliver across multiple complex situations. I led TI's global strategy and execution on their energy portfolio including C-suite strategy meetings, PPA/contract negotiations, deregulated energy hedging, corporate sustainability reporting on energy, energy capital management, and energy-related public policy. In my prior facilities Engineering/O&M management roles, I led multi-disciplinary teams of exempts and non-exempts at multiple semiconductor factories to execute on hundreds of millions of dollars of capital to meet capacity needs, drive reliability improvements, and deliver on cost reductions projects. Routine work included budgeting, team leadership, presentations to senior leadership, performance reviews, kpi tracking and improvement, root cause analysis, PM/CM coordination, and emergency response. Key milestones include contracting TI’s first renewable PPAs and supporting the ramp of TI's first 300mm factory (RFAB) from early production through becoming TI's largest factory.
