Secure Title Lock is an organic expansion of the Stox Group's legal postings company. My responsibilities include business plan development, contract negotiation, product launch and market share conquest.

My love affair with BMW started in 1985 when I bought a 1978 320i with 144,000 miles on it. I kept that car through college and the first two years of my professional career. Then I bought a new M5 in 1991. I love BMWs. I love sales. Passion plus drive always yields success.

Phase one: Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current business model. Phase two: Streamline the process from acquisition to sale. Phase three: Create a business model that will better serve the customer and facilitate an annualized growth rate of 20%.

As a federal Inmate, I taught the Food Safety Managers Course (NRFSP). Prior to taking over this responsibility, the pass rate was 60%. During my tenure the pass rate exceeded 90%. The unusually high success rate resulted from my ability to explain complicated ideas in a manner that resonates with students; be they inmates or professionals.
