While working for Quality Industrial Construction, I managed a team of workers consisting of Welders, Pipefitters, Millwrights, Sandblasters/Painters, and laborers. I Collaborated with clients, Project Managers, engineers, and other construction management to determine budgets and timelines. I also maintained a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary. Made changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines and implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

Dow Chemical, PBT3 C&SU Millwright Lead​ January 2017- February 2018I volunteered to join the PBT3 C&SU Team, as a unique opportunity presented itself and exceeded the defined role of a Dow Millwright. During my time in this role, there were ZERO safety incidents, ZERO injuries, and ZERO equipment failures of quality of the C&SU workmanship.-- During the Construction Phase, I performed QC work for every Rotating Equipment Installation. I would review EMETL Documents to ensure the GM was following contracts. I would find issues and resolve them as a leading team member. I would escalate issues found, which sometimes required escalation to a Global Level. I helped to develop the required tools list, and I reviewed Mechanical procedures.-- During the C&SU Phase, I served as back-up C&SU Mechanical Leader and managed crews during the night shifts. We had 2 millwright companies. I worked with the millwrights in the field on a detailed level to ensurequality/timing met our expectations. I served as the Lead without oversight. I worked off-shift of the Mechanical Lead for months without assistance.Dow Chemical, Poly C Millwright/ Back-Up Work Coordinator February 2015- January 2017I served as the Lead Millwright. I supported both the Plant and Warehouse Areas. I had performed overhauls; PM activities, Focal Point for T/A jobs, mentored contract millwrights, served as Back-Up Work Coordinator, and performed troubleshooting. I served as a Focal Point for the Night Shift MW Activity during the 2016 EPDM Pit-Stop. I performed callouts in all of the PCM plants and warehouses.-- During this time I learned SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Office Programs, WebEDMS, BBP Tool, Near Miss Tool, and the RCC Near Miss Tool. I also learned the GMWP as the Back-up WAC, serving also as an E/1 Planner. Ialso participated in an Influential Leadership Class designed to develop leadership skills

Dow Plaquemine-Jacobs Field Services, Poly C Millwright​ May 2014- February 2015While at the Poly C plant, I was leveraged throughout PCM. I supported the Poly A and Poly B 2014 T/A. I performed precision rotating equipment alignments, rotating equipment repairs, Process Seal Field Replacements, Reactor Strips, Reciprocating Compressor Troubleshooting, Reciprocating Compressor Repairs, and many other daily tasks.--During this time, I was exposed to the different plants within PCM.Dow Plaquemine- Jacobs Field Service, Central Pump Shop Millwright​June 2012- May 2014While at the Dow Central Maintenance Shop, I repaired several hundred pieces of equipment of all types and services. Some types that I repaired included, but was not limited to ANSI pumps, API pumps, Multi-stage blowers, Vertical turbines, Large double-suction pumps, Magnetically driven pumps, Sundyne pumps, Gearboxes, and many more.--This required me to troubleshoot equipment failures, develop spare parts orders, work with machinists to provide tolerances, QC parts, self-sufficiently rebuild equipment with limited front end data, and take precisionmeasurements.--When LHC3 had a major unexpected outage due to the collapse of a Cooling Tower, I volunteered to aid Hydrocarbons with the needed repairs. This was a major event, which included repair to the cooling tower fans, motors, gearboxes, and feed pumps/motors.

Businelle Towing Corp., Mechanic/Deckhand​ August 2008-June 2012I performed repairs and deck operations on 2 tugboats the company operates daily. Some of the various repairs I performed included, but were not limited to Clutch Replacements, Diesel Engine Replacements, Drive Shaft Packing Replacements, Shaft Replacements, Propeller Replacements, and Preventative MaintenanceServices.
