Engage in clerical duties for Drug Court (Criminal Division)Operate in the Criminal Division, search defendant’s prior, current and future pending cases and direct defendants who have been accepted, admitted or sentenced to probationFile retired judge’s accusation case forms and TASC Evaluation forms Conduct 5A interviews to determine client eligibility for Public DefenderGain extensive insight into the proceedings and operations of Drug Court through the duties of the judge, prosecutor, public defender, district attorney, law clerk and probation officers
