All About You Travel Unlimited Inc. is a full service travel agency.While working here I contributed around the office with tasks such as designing advertisement flyers for escorts and day trips, heavy lifting boxes of files and brochures, communication with the company’s clients on a regular interval and managed a professional relationship. Often directed or assisted clients on trips alongside the owner and provided other services when necessary.

ADCOMM has been the company that provides installation fulfillment for growing companies that need infrastructure support.At this job I was responsible for data entry services and sales support to ADCOMM’s multiple clients by receiving inbound calls from customers regarding the potential purchases of the company’s products. Further responsibilities include providing support for field sales representatives selling our services in retail stores, determining eligibility for product offers and promotions (often through a credit check), providing information about our products and services, reviewing service terms and conditions with the customer, consistently meeting established call center goals (KPI’s), and completing other duties as assigned. KPI’s include call handle time, after call handle time, and time not ready when on a break, lunch, or doing other activities outside of taking calls. While I was there I took part of two different but similar campaigns inputting data entries for DIRECTV, AT&T Internet and Phone, and CenturyLink Internet. I would consistently talk to both the sales representatives and their customers in setting up potential orders in full. Many times, I would assist the supervisors and Team leads in helping my other coworkers with their individual problems in fulfilling orders, general program issues, or speak directly with the sales reps or customers about their concerns. I also had the potential opportunities to take up the positions as a tech confirmation agent or Team lead but declined.

Ryan's Pizza and Pub is a well-known and populated two-story restaurant featuring a bar on each floor and an entire open area on the second story with seating and serving. While working here I was tasked with the part time job of a 'busser' managing one floor or both on some nights with or without the help of other bussers. The number of customers usually ranged from a handful to a overcrowded building. Tasks of bussing included clearing and cleaning tables, refilling the ice machine, maneuvering the narrow kitchen, and giving help to staff all in a quick response. I had direct contact with customers, handling minor concerns for their satisfaction, including seating, providing menus, and handling customer complaints in a respectable and timely manner. Also I dealt with training multiple new bussers and adapting them into a hurried environment, often either providing compliments on a good job or giving critical feedback on current or upcoming situations. A few time I was also assigned as a bar-back - usually while bussing tables - helping out with the bar(s). Tasks of bar-backing included pouring beers on draft, changing kegs, cleaning the bar area, restocking alcohol, and often running the stairs up and down continuously to assist both bars.
