I am currently managing the last phase of Tower Ranch, which is a vibrant hillside community. This neighbourhood has been under development for many years and I am very excited to work with our consultants and construction team to work through the grading challenges.I am also the main point of communication for the home builder and ensure there is proper grading around the homes. If there are any issues with the grading around their home I also help through them.

-Simultaneously managed approximately $7.5 Million worth of construction value across 17 residential projects.-Responsible for client and contract management to ensure all changes were captured on site as well as financially-Quoted out work and bid-levelled to ensure project stayed on budget to maintain profit margins

-I worked with a team to perform a geotechnical investigation for the Sharp Hills Wind Farm (71- Enercon E138 4.2 MW wind turbines)-I managed all 5 field staff and kept the investigation on schedule over the 3 week rotation.

I was the inspector on site of North Western Ontario's largest pipe ramming operation (2.4m pipe). There were multiple change orders and RFC's that had to be handled due to unforeseen complications.

I worked on a bridge rehabilitation that included demolishing the bridge down to the abutments and rebuilding the remaining structural elements.I also worked on a culvert replacement where we used wire mesh for a MSE wall during the staging for 3 3.1m culverts.
