• Responsible for design and project management with primary focus on construction documentation and construction management for small- and large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 to over $50 million (phased). Typical projects include major public/private plazas, hotels, rooftop spaces, large-scale mixed-use developments, and high-end residential. • Developed and coordinated complex on-slab and on-grade construction details and plans for high-end projects including site layout, grading, materials, planting, irrigation, lighting, and details. • Managed and trained staff members in development of construction and presentation documentation. Provided final review of documentation prior to issuance.• In charge of preparing, reviewing, and leveling bids as well as reviewing submittals and RFIs throughout project duration.• Served as “go-to” team member to aid in difficult and short-turnaround projects, construction details, and small- and large-scale site grading.

• Created 2D AutoCAD blocks and complex 3D SketchUp components for Land F/X software using vender shop drawings while coordinating with nationwide modeling team to ensure efficient completion of projects.

• Designed major international and domestic waterfront projects from conception to completion including marinas, residential, and municipal projects. • Designed new, and created renovation plans for upgraded or damaged, waterfront and upland facilities. • Calculated quantity and cost estimates for high value residential, commercial, and government projects. Project estimates ranged from $100,000 to $100 million.• Prepared drawings, narratives, permit applications, environmental assessment forms, and other documentation for varied local, state, and federal agencies to permit construction work on new, damaged, or upgraded waterfront properties and prepare zoning analysis and design reports for clients considering various real estate, development, or redevelopment options.• Wrote, prepared, and formatted request for bid (RFQ), perform bid analysis, and work with selected bidder and client to execute contract.• Inspected contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to contract documents and specifications.• Attended public meetings to present and assist with presentation of project designs to various regulatory boards/commissions for permit approval.
