Managed organizational operations of an overseas aircraft maintenance repair facility with unique logistical challenges. Responsible for turbine engine overhaul, metal fabrication, and electronic component repair with a staff of 175 naval personnel and 14 Japanese nationals. Established workload priorities, scheduled maintenance of aircraft engines, airframes, avionics, weapons, components, and support equipment. Responsible for all personnel certifications and qualifications in support of eight fully qualified maintenance teams.

Managed Task Force maintenance operations of overseas aircraft maintenance and unique logistical challenges for seven sites in Far and Middle East areas of responsibility including designated combat zones. Responsible for logistic requirements, detailed Task Force Commander Briefings, squadron in-briefs and squadron support structure and facilities. Credit card and funding Authorizing Official for six separate funding streams encompassing over $2,000,000 including combat zone requirements and initial set-up of remote detachment sites supporting the Global War on Terror.

Established aircraft maintenance workload and repair priorities of 63 personnel in 14 work centers performing all repair, technical directives, life support equipment, airframes, power plants and aircraft program management compliance. Resolved organizational human resource issues by verifying personnel qualifications/certifications, identifying training requirements, and satisfying manpower end-strength deficiencies.
