FAA Commercial Pilot; Rotary Wing Helicopters, Multi and Single Engine Land Airplanes.

Director/Commander of an Aviation Intermediate Maintenance organization responsible for the training, readiness, health and welfare of 407 Soldiers; Provided scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for over 110 UH-60A/L/M, AH-64E, OH-58D and CH-47F aircraft and subsystems, logistics support, and select manufacturing/ engineering of parts; Managed daily operations, scheduling, maintenance, training, and safety for a 100,000 square foot maintenance facility; Responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Anticipated requirements, ensured resources were available and conducted risk management to complete projects and create maintenance capacity impacting over $20 million annually.

Brigade Aviation Officer and Air Defense and Airspace Management officer in charge; served as the senior aviation and airspace advisor to the task force commander; integrates and synchronizes aviation assets into ground tactical maneuvers while managing the complex airspace in the battle environment.

Company Commander for a foward deployed General Support Aviation Comapny responsible for the training, readiness, health and welfare of 60 U.S. and Korean Augmentee to the USA (KATUSA) Soldiers and their families. Provided world-class VIP and distinguished visitor theater air movement support to the United Nations Command, Combined FOrces Command, and Eighth United States Army. Maintained accountability, serviceability, maintenance and serviceability of 10 UH60 helicopeters, associated equipment valued at over $60 million. Managed the units 2,200 flying our program safely transporting numerous VIPs to include U.S State senators, ambassador's of state, Secretary's of Defense and State, the Chairman of the Joint Chief's of Staff, and entertainers. Maintained proficiency as a day, night, night vision Pilot-in-Command and Air Mission/Serial Commander. Responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

Maintenance manager of a theater level Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Company. Directly supervised a 60 Soldier unit responsible for providing maintenance of the theater's fleet of UH-60 and CH-47 aircraft. Conducted maintenance actions from line replaceable units all the way to complete aircraft major overhauls. Served as a UH-60 A&L Model Maintenance Test Pilot ensuring aircraft were in an airworthy condition prior to returning to the operational fleet.

Served as the director of the Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF)- 180 Rescue Coordination Center in support of combat operations in Afghanistan. Supervised a team providing 24 hour operations; responsible for planning and coordinating all five phases of Personnel Recovery for over 10,000 US and coalition Soldiers and civilians conducting combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Plan and track High Risk of Capture (HRC) training of all personnel entering the area of operation. Review, manage, and make recommendations to over 400 Isolated Personnel Reports of HRC personnel. Collect, review and make recommendations to Evasion Plans of Action for all army aircrews flying in support of CJTF-180.

Flight Operations Officer of a Command Aviation Battalion supporting the XVIII Airborne Corps and its worldwide contingency mission. Lead, train, and maintain a 7 Soldier section responsible for managing, coordinating and tracking the unit's $10 million, 5,200 hour flying program. Responsible for accepting, processing, coordinating, and assigning over 200 missions. Responsible for managing a flight operations center capable of 24-hour operations in garrison and tactical environments that ensured 100% accountability of flights and that FAA and unit flight procedures were adhered to. Maintained proficiency as a day/night/night vision goggle pilot-in-command and Air Mission/Serial Commander.

Direct supervisor of 35 Soldiers responsible for refueling and rearming 24 UH-60 Helicopters in the XVIII Airborne Corps with a worldwide contingency mission. Responsible for accountability and auditing of issuance of over 250,000 gallons of fuel. Maintained accountability and oversaw maintenance of 15 fuel tankers, 11 trailers, and all associated support equipment valued at over $3 million. Maintained proficiency as a day/night/night vision goggle pilot-in-command and air mission/serial commander.

Direct supervisor of 8 pilots and 8 crewman/mechanics responsible for providing assault aviation helicopter support to the XVIII Airborne Corps and its 18-hour worldwide contingency mission. Managed daily operations, scheduling, maintenance, training, and safety for 1,200 hour flying hour program of four UH-60 helicopters valued in excess of $20 million. Performed duties as Pilot-in-Command and Air Mission Commander/Serial Commander during air assault and air movement operations.
