Manages Training For Multiple BFSI AccountsResponsible for the overall performance and graduation outcomes of both the new hires classes that we train, in addition to the classes trained by trainers under my supervision.- Responsibilities also includes evaluating trainer performance and providing necessary coaching, development, and performance management to ensure all trainer’s new hire associates graduate from training successfully. - Coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary training material and performance data in order to ensure that training is delivered in a timely and accurate manner, following client requirements and company standards-

Operations Trainer (Utilities)- Responsible for Teleperformance induction training inclusive of product and regulatory/compliance training needs.- Taking training material and bring it to life in a positive and engaging manner.- Responsible for completing training needs analysis within the BAU space, feeding this in to future training classes and upskilling advisors and Team Leads as required.
