About Shawn Toomer

Fresh out of high school, working three jobs at once just get to by shouldn't be anyone's dream. Especially growing up in a small town where opportunities are limited, you might find yourself dreaming of greater opportunities elsewhere. Well, that's the situation I found myself in right before I decided to join the Air Force. It was the most heartwarming decision I've made and as it turns out, opened many doors I never thought possible. It taught me the importance of leadership, teamwork, and sacrifice. It gave me the opportunity to prove myself as the hardworking workaholic many individuals know me as today. I was blessed to participate in a world-recognized organization that prides itself in developing leaders in business world. One of the reason I was so successful throughout my military career was because my colleagues recognized you can put me in any situation with little to no guidance and I will find a way to get it done. I’m fully versatile and can change from doing one job to another at a moment’s notice. I strive for customer satisfaction without sacrificing the integrity of my coworkers. I follow a firm belief that as long as you surround yourself with the right people, anyone can be trained to handle any career out here. It’s finding those true hearted individuals that becomes the greater challenge. I pride myself with training our youth in any current career field that I’m in. It’s the younger or newer coworker that will be the face of any organizations future and proper training is a key.If you’re looking for a team member that has a tremendous record of incredible performance, high standards, prides themselves in customer satisfaction, and someone who will help bring any coworkers around them up to the next level, look no further.
