Tampa General Hospital – Hired to work multiple projects which included: 9 bed Observation Unit – complete demolition and remodel of existing space on the first floor, which required a temporary relocation for the doctors on the 6th floor that consisted of a 1,000 square foot space that had a reading room and kitchen area. The Observation Unit included a staff lounge with a full kitchen and Dictation Room. This required major additional work in the equipment rooms adjacent to the department in keeping with AHCA standards. It required extensive cleanup of the surrounding areas. The project parameters were 2400 square feet, running new Med Gas, Oxygen Lines, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler Systems, and HVAC. Secondary job that ran concurrently was a bathroom gut and renovation to comply with ADA guidelines. This was a 6 month project that was completed in 3 and within budget. Raymond James Financial – Hired to complete demolition and remodel of existing equipment room. This was a 3000 square foot area that required demolition of existing walls and flooring. The project was completed in 2 months and required scheduling of sub contractors working days, nights and weekends. St. Petersburg General Hospital – Hired to renovate P.E.T. Scan as well as MRI Suit which had a project cost of eight hundred thousand dollars, not including equipment. The project included major demolition, new foundation in an existing hospital, all new mechanicals to the designated room which included plumbing, HVAC, electrical. Project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule and met all necessary inspections including AHCA.

Worked on various commercial projects that included a new football stadium for Southern Illinois University and multiple renovation projects for the Southern Illinois Healthcare system. Duties included supervising the activities of laborers, carpenter’s helpers and apprentices. Also the ability to read and analyze blueprints and other plan documents, construction of partitions, braces and specialty concrete forms.

Employed 2 crews with a scope of work that included building commercial, spec, custom, semi-custom and renovations of residential homes. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads. Reviewing floorplans and blueprints to prepare project layout, bid proposals, and change orders.

on various concrete jobs that included tilt up construction for a local car dealership, multiple foundations for small and large commercial projects throughout the local area, solid waste diversion channel, as well as vertical wall construction. All projects were completed on time and within budget guidelines.
