My role at NIS is to organize, plan and monitor multiple activities spanning end-to-end project delivery. I have established a collaborative team environment, utilizing input from my team and our clients to develop working business units with a forward looking view. • My team consists of 14 crews, focused on a broad variety of projects for Tier 1 clients• I am currently responsible for approximately $3.5M in annual revenue• Responsible for people management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback.• Identify and focus project teams to achieve or exceed realistic milestones and objectives. • Maintain detailed project records and communication across teams.

I was the second employee hired by Compass to build a construction and technical services team from the ground up. Across a period of 3-years, we hired and developed a team of more than seventy construction personnel. This team became a critical component to the eventual sale of Compass to Jacobs Engineering, where the group remains intact. My responsibilities also included:• Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports and maintain files for financial reporting. • I developed communication plans throughout the year for each project during the planning phase• Monitored progress against the project time schedule and budget, identifying and mitigating trends through effective corrective management actions. • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. • Identified new business opportunities along with partnering with business development group to sell expanded services within market.

Worked directly with Samsung supporting Clearwire in the state of Florida for all tier II issues which includes hardware issues, throughput/handoff issues that are beyond the local field technician range of knowledge. Installed and commissioned test labs for Intel and Time Warner Cable at headquarter locations.

Working for one of the first global telecommunications infrastructure design-build firms in the United States, I gained some extraordinary hands-on experience. Some of the more notable projects I was involved with are listed below: • My primary responsibility was to manage crews installing, commissioning and completing extensive drive testing for the first commercial WiMAX network in the US. I have a strong working knowledge of X-Cal/Witt platforms to perform data collection and analyzing to insure the call quality of the network. While managing daily activities, I was also responsible for training new crew members to understand and maintain the knowledge of the network and equipment our team was working on throughout the program. I worked within a team of 40+ employees to manage a national wireline project in the Northeast United States.• Worked in the Caribbean with Samsung performing carrier ads and calibrating V4 CDMA networks for Sprint. Upgraded the existing CDMA network in Puerto Rico by installing EVDO equipment for approximately 95 sites, work included installation, commissioning/calibrating and call testing for ATP acceptance.• Installed, commissioned, DS0 grooming, call tested, performed troubleshooting and supported the maintenance and final acceptance of the E911 True Position deployments in the Southeast region. Completed (14) switch node audits in Southern California for a major carrier to design the connectivity routes through all the switching equipment for consolidation of their BSC’s and MSC’s.
