I'm a Human Resources Manager, I have a BAS in Management/Human Resources with 8 years of experience of HR management for the U.S Air Force operational branch. I have completed multiple, promotions, and advertising along with incorporating new systems to improve productivity. All of my experience is from the Air Force, and I have attained multiple awards, recommendations and credibility throughout my 4 years. Along with multiple tours, and different promotions of advertising and marketing I have been able to connect with all my peers, bringing teamwork to all my projects.I have recently completed my enlistment, leaving the Military work force with an increase of moral, responsibility, productivity for my last assigned base. As the Training Manager I was the sole focal point for all training related matters over members entering their next level of leadership. Managing over 5k plus members training over the span of my 10 years, informing all members who entered my office that we are a team, that any issues you may have will be addressed accordingly and that support is always going to be there.
