After 20 years I Hung up my apron and stepped away from a successful 20 year career as a Chef. Still have great passion for for the culinary arts and perhaps someday I will find my way back but for the time being I have begun to pursue another Great Passion of mine. Motorsports. I've always loved motorsports and been lucky enough to have a great ability to understand how things worked. starting at a young age I was pulling motors apart and rebuilding them better, stronger but for the past 20 years it has stayed a serious hobby of mine. once Covid 19 swept thru I started taking advantage of the time I had. any tutorial videos or online motorsports seminars I came across I was there. I spent hours and days on end in my workshop learning first hand everything I could to further my knowledge. from building inverter welding machines. powder coating over and power source. to custom Bikes from bottom up. it started as a small Shop in my garage and before you know it I had 14 motorcycles running a small shop out of a 12×30 storage unit. a local shop took notice after the sale of one of my custom Bikes and before you know it I was taking on work from the Shop and eventually I came on as an apprentice. learning the ins and outs of Suspension, Carburetors, Efi, ect....I really took a liking to Motorsports wiring, Carbon fiber molding and Dialing in Carburetors. from dirtbikes and ninja ex250s to MV Agusta F3s and Ducati V4s. it's been a ride. unfortunately I had to take a 1 year hiatus in Merida Mexico after hitting a 500 lb wild hog on my yamaha R1. buyt here I am a year and a prostetic hip later and I'm making a come back. Back in Austin mid October ready to hit the ground rolling
