- Pitch original concepts to the marketing team, including copywriter and internet marketing director to create original content for brokerage and property listings.
- Design and produce the marketing materials for between 100-300 property listings per year which include printed brochures, digital marketing, photography and retouching, social media posts, stories and reels.
- Lead and direct on-site real estate photoshoots and property staging.
- Manage, schedule and negotiate contracts with printers, contractors, photographers and freelance graphic designers.Highlight: Spearheaded a campaign to update the corporate brand, which was recognized by Leading Real.
