- Leading IQVIA’s Advanced Analytics Anonymized Patient Level Data (APLD) business unit, inclusive of Oncology & General APLD analytics, digital marketing and consumer insights, innovation, and data marts.- Expand and enhance IQVIA’s direct to consumer marketing program measurement, return of investment, and audience quality offerings.- Manage team of 80 statisticians, data methodologists, and developers. - Collaboration with sales and delivery on how best to approach pharmaceutical client engagements.- Work with advanced analytics team to establish proper methodologies, statistical modeling, and AIML approaches. - Foster partnerships with IQVIA onshore and international teams to create direct to client analytics platforms.

- Manage advanced analytics team (statisticians and programmers) in development, implementation, and validation of statistically-based customized longitudinal studies for the pharmaceutical market to help answer complex questions.- Mentor statisticians with model development and usage of proper statistical testing techniques.- Provide support and guidance to statisticians, programmers, and consultants within and beyond the Global Operations. - Lead and support new business (thought leadership) development.- Recruit, interview, and present hiring recommendations to meet department objectives.- Developed training plans for new hires, acquisitions, and employees within and beyond Global Operations. - Support Market Analytic Services with level-of-effort estimates (proposal development).
