I have worked for Chick-fil-A for 27 years. I started as a team member and worked my way up to the Director of Operations. I lead the team, training them (helped develop the training materials and continuous updating of training), coaching on areas of improvements, as well as running shifts, helping ensure our guests are being taken care of. On top of that, I work alongside our marketing director and hiring director, supporting them in their roles, as well as the directors for each area of our store. I have experience in paying invoices, ordering product, doing inventory, and doing hr/payroll.
