As global co-chair for the International Grain Trade Coalition (IGTC) e-Documentation working group, I am recognized for deliverables and momentum as a visionary for digital trade and facilitator of global stakeholders to support collective trade modernization goals. This global grain industry leadership (e.g. 125+ global subject matter experts across ADM, Bunge, Cargill, LDC, Cofco, trade associations, etc.) led to my nomination and appointment as the global co-chair for e-Phyto Industry Advisory Group (IAG) to UN-FAO-IPPC in June 2022. The IAG represents the seed & grain sectors in addition to fresh flowers, fruits & vegetables, potatoes, cotton, wood products, cocoa, etc.Following the CPM 17 week of March 27th in Rome, I was nominated and appointed as a member of global CPM Focus Group for ePhyto Sustainability Funding.I am honored as a global consultant contributing to Neil Pogorelsky analysis for the global ePhyto project - "Ex Post Evaluation of ePhyto Solution: Enhanced Safe Trade in Plants and Plant Products." Lead a multi-cultural team of SME's overseeing Trade Execution, Customs Compliance & Sustainability Execution activities to ensure compliant issuance of documentary requirements, regulatory obligations, and timely contractual delivery in a dynamic & fast-paced environment while anticipating and addressing areas of risk to mitigate financial business impact, cultivating a culture of compliance and actively supporting diversity & inclusion. • Manage import & export trade flows within the N. America geography for all bulk agri-commodities, bulk oil and packaged food products across the entire Bunge portfolio of product families for all modes of transportation.• Provide strategic analysis and guidance of current business needs and future business project considerations to support data-driven decisions, including M&A due diligence, landed cost analysis and global regulatory reform.• Enterprise leadership to apply lean sigma continuous improvement principles and methodologies to support process controls for standardization & harmonization, reproducibility, global alignment for value chain activities, and project management geared toward cost reduction programs & market access while ensuring maximum results.• Oversight of ruling submissions, audit assessment & Customs disclosures, sanctions & party screening, import permits & licensing, product classification database, country of origin determination, product qualifications for Free Trade Agreements, duty drawback programs, duty savings metrics, etc. • Responsible for third party providers, freight forwarders, NVOCC's, shipping lines, and transloading facilities including contracts, business reviews, SOP’s and performance scorecards.• Lead global strategy and initiatives for e-Documentation and trade modernization efforts, inclusive of API integration and RPA/Bot to drive seamless connectivity and interoperability of systems and platforms to optimize execution performance and process efficiencies.

Develop, implement and grow a brand-new North America cross-border trade compliance program for import & export governance, Customs entries, duty payments, Free Trade Agreement programs, Duty Drawback, Customs Broker oversight and related activities while addressing areas of historical risk for mitigation.

Develop, lead and expand a globally-integrated multi-cultural team for oversight of global logistics, import & export cross-border management, brokerage and 3PL activities located in Asia, Europe, North & South America and Australia while providing leadership to direct & indirect reports for geographical regions.• Lean Sigma global project management to optimize resource performance & process efficiencies. • Development of enhanced logistics and compliance program utilizing SOP’s, work instructions, process manuals, business reviews, MSA’s, monthly KPI’s & metric reporting and vendor scorecards to reduce costs, customer lead time and improve on-time delivery. • Member of corporate strategic sourcing team negotiating global contracts for eight divisions worth $500MM total spend over multi modes (parcel, LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL and multi-modal). • Oversight of cross-dock, 3PL-VMI operations for largest global manufacturing Maquila operation, third party freight payment provider, Asia port consolidation and acquisition integrations.• Corporate Implementation & Beta Project Manager – SAP-GTS module implementation, international freight payment & forwarding, global ISO logistics manual, TMS & WMS program evaluations, southern border 3PL-VMI operation, multi-site multi-modal manifest system, web-based global applications for premium freight approval program, global routing guide and carrier claims program. • Lead project manager for distribution network analysis and asset evaluation, inclusive of RFP’s for southern border & EU DC consolidation, Asia multi-port ocean consolidation distribution, and Hong Kong 3PL warehouse; responsible for facility identification & selection, negotiation of lease agreements & service contracts, coordination of business operations re-location, setup and re-launch of business activities.
