My career thus far has taken me far and wide in the food and beverage industry. I currently own and operate a small business. Lucy Juicy is an entirely vegan place to eat. We specialize in smoothies and acai bowls but we do have breakfast sandwiches and lunch options. The carbon footprint is limited as we use entirely compostable packaging and we compost. We have won the award for "The Best Of Rhode Island - Editor's Pick - Best Smoothie and Juice Bar 2023." We have also won the award from the Vegan Chef Challenge as "Best Healthy Options.”We have had TV appearances and we have done trade shows. I love using my creative mind to explore new menu items and impact audiences on social media markets. I am working towards a Google certification in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce to continue my education. I am never done learning, I always love knowledge. That is what I collect and I have so much more I want to learn. I am a seasoned wine and spirit sales person as well premium portfolio manager. With a few honorable certifications that have not only grown my knowledge but love for this planet. The typography and weather patterns that affect vineyards but also the stewards that care for the land. I take pride in taking care of the Earth and have also studied Reiki being attuned to Level 2. In addition I have studied some of the Peruvian Shaman rites and am attuned to 10 rites within that modality. My intuition as a healer has been a life changing journey that continues to grow in a positive direction mentally, physically and emotionally. I want to continue my journey in my career with a new opportunity to continue my personal growth. As Lucy Juicy continues to grow I as an individual need to step into a new role to further my growth. I am open to work and would like to have a remote role so that I can actively manage my small business. Flexibility and challenging as well as rewarding.
